Our diverse team have over 10 years experience in caregiving roles and we are truly passionate about the wellbeing of our clients and care users.

We also have a deep respect for the production of events and festivals having worked in various roles in the events industry. With a desire to offer care and support the smooth running of events, we formed The Well Fair Lot.

We believe in the power of small gestures of kindness to lift spirits, but we also have the expertise in caring for and safeguarding vulnerable individuals, co-working with onsite teams and making onward referrals where necessary. We value and see the importance of care at all levels.

We have experience working with a wide spectrum of people and marginalised groups. Including adults of all ages and young people. High risk individuals and vulnerable people. People with complex needs including mental health diagnosis. People with drug or alcohol needs. Disabled or neurodiverse people. People in active crisis or a history of self injurious behaviour or suicidality. Survivors of sexual or domestic violence.

Receiving support at an event is transformative to a customers overall experience and a vitally important contribution to an event.
