practical + emotional support provided by experienced care givers
what do we do?
Typically we support people experiencing intoxication, emotional distress, victims of crime or people presenting with other practical needs, though we are also able to respond to major incidents.
We recognise the hard work which all teams play in the smooth running of each event, spend a lot of resources on supporting the wellbeing of customers, and with this as our sole focus we can relieve and support other teams on site, specifically production, medical and security services.
All of our staff are trained in understanding, identifying, assessing and recording risk and responding appropriately. We work collaboratively with all on site including staff and customers and we can safeguard customers by referring into statutory support services where appropriate. We recognise the importance of being attentive, aware and alert in order to prevent and disrupt incidents on site and in the community.
We work with event organisers to provide tailored welfare services to your event needs that can cover a range of services. Below are some of the services we can provide.
